The location was great and quiet, right by the garden, and Stroud. Plus, an Outdoor and Indoor market was not too far away from the hotel. Overall it was a nice size and well-kept with access to well equipped bathroom.

The room and house were stylishly furnished, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. the breakfast offered a selection of high-quality products, providing a satisfying start to the day.
On a slightly negative note, the parking situation on the road was a bit tricky. However, this inconvenience was not significant enough to deter us from considering a return visit.

The rooms at Balcarres are spacious, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I loved the carpeted floors and the cozy atmosphere they created. The private bathroom was a highlight, with a luxurious bath, shower, and even a hairdryer provided. It felt like a little oasis after a long day of exploring. The wardrobe in the room was handy for keeping my belongings organized, and it made me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the terrace with its beautiful garden views. It was the perfect spot to sip my morning coffee and soak up the peaceful surroundings.
Personally, I found the hot tub in the private bathroom a bit excessive for my needs. But hey, some people might absolutely love it!
